What are the
benefits of
having a PT?

I am aware that having a PT is a luxury, and that it isn’t always accessible to everyone.Therefore i feel a certain responsibility that when clients come to me, we make the most of their time at the studio, and when outside of our training sessions we look to offer excellent nutritional guidance.

Educating clients on what they should be eating and avoiding to support their goals is part and parcel of what I do.

Another benefit to hiring a trainer is that we can take the pressure off busy city workers with too much on their plate. They can come to us safe in the knowledge that they don’t have to think about anything other than training. Its been estimated that by hiring a trainer you will perform 30% harder than when training by yourself! No time for those instagram selfies and messages!

What type of training do you specialise in?

I think it’s fair to say a lot of trainers tend to gravitate towards areas of personal interest. Mine is weight training and body transformations. Over the years I have honed my skills and training as a PT to impart that knowledge to my clients to help them reach their goals in the most sustainable fashion.
I have been nominated as one of London’s top trainers several times in recent years from the Evening Standard plus other editorials, with body transformations published by Attitude magazine showcasing one of our 12 week transformation programs..

What can people
expect by using
you as their trainer?

I hope that when people hire me, that they will firstly be put at ease. Getting to know the client a bit more during the consultation is an opportunity to understand their goals, hopes and fears. I believe I bring a professional work ethic, positive motivation and structure to their training. With over 12,000 hours and nearly ten years of experience I believe I am well established in the industry to lead them through the myriad of false information out there and set them on to a path of lifetime success.

I work with city workers, freelancers, professionals, model agencies and actors. My style of training is to assess the client to see what their physical capabilities are and incrementally push themselves to reach new levels of fitness and improved body composition through a combination of training and nutrition.
